PG Soft's 2022 story behind Lucky Piggy is a golden piggy bank from a funfair stall that keeps adding coins overnight, and the game's multiplier behaves the same way. It starts every spin at x1 and grows by one after each winning cascade, with no ladder and no fixed top step. A neon arcade frame holds the reels, a bank in a slot machine smiles above them, and red Scatter Wilds with a pig's face stick to the board once they land. Of my 100 demo spins at 36.00, 32 paid something; the best reached x5 and returned 358.20.
Same game, real money
Cafe Casino runs the same Lucky Piggy with the same math and adds a welcome bonus for players from the United States:
300% up to $2,000 + 150 FS 18+ · T&Cs apply · the demo stays freeSix reels, 2,304 ways
Reels one and two are three symbols tall and reels three to six are four tall. Nothing on the board ever changes size, so the plaque beside the multiplier reads 2,304 ways on every spin. PG Soft's own catalogue blurb calls it a 5-reel game; the board and the rules both have six.
Two kinds of wild live on reels three to six. The golden piggy bank replaces everything except the red Scatter Wild; the Scatter Wild replaces everything, itself included. The opening screen lines up four Scatter Wilds on the second row, the number that starts the free spins.
A multiplier that only counts up
The x1 in the corner is reset at the start of every base game spin. After a round wins, the symbols explode, new ones fall, and the multiplier rises by one before the next round is paid.
The difference from the x1, x2, x3, x5 ladders of other PG Soft cascade slots is that nothing caps it. The fifth winning round of a spin pays x5, the sixth x6, and so on for as long as the board keeps producing wins.
Scatter Wilds that stay for the whole spin
A Scatter Wild that lands does not fall away with the next cascade. It stays where it is until the spin is over, which means every later round of that spin can use it.
That ties the two features together: a sticky Scatter Wild keeps completing ways while the multiplier climbs underneath it.
Four rounds to 358.20
My stake was bet size 0.90 at level 2 on a base bet of 20, so one paytable point paid 1.80. On the 80th spin a Scatter Wild stood on reel six from the start, and the first round paid 9.00 at x1.
The second round, at x2, was worth 63.00 before the multiplier: bells, green cans and other symbols cleared from the left half of the board, and two Scatter Wilds now waited on reels three and six.
Round three paid diamonds. Reel one held two of them and reel two one, and the Scatter Wild still sitting at the top of reel three closed both ways. Three diamonds pay 20, so the round was 40 points, 72.00, tripled to 216.00.
A single way of three aces, 1 point, paid 1.80 at x4 for 7.20, and the fifth round found nothing. The spin closed at:
| Round | Base | Multiplier | Paid |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 9.00 | x1 | 9.00 |
| 2 | 63.00 | x2 | 126.00 |
| 3 | 72.00 (diamonds, 2 ways) | x3 | 216.00 |
| 4 | 1.80 (aces, 1 way) | x4 | 7.20 |
| Total | 358.20 | ||
358.20 is just under ten stakes. The order mattered: the large round came at x3, and the x4 that followed had only a single ace way to multiply. Another spin, the 12th, also reached x5 and paid 345.60.
Free spins with every Scatter Wild kept
Four Scatter Wilds anywhere on reels three to six start 8 free spins, and each extra one adds two. The four that triggered the round stay on the reels until the feature ends, and every further Scatter Wild adds one more spin and stays as well.
The multiplier also starts at x1 there and keeps the same +1 per winning round. The rules phrase it per free spin, the same way as for the base game, so I read it as resetting with each new free spin. The feature did not trigger in my 100 spins.
Diamonds pay 20, cards pay 1
Values are per way for three, four, five or six of a kind. With 20 points to a spin, divide by 20 for the share of the stake.
Six diamonds on one way return 2.5 stakes; the four card ranks start at a twentieth of a stake:
| Symbol | 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 of a kind | 6 of a kind vs stake |
|---|---|---|
| Diamond | 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 | 2.5x |
| Green can | 10 / 15 / 20 / 30 | 1.5x |
| Gold coins | 8 / 10 / 15 / 20 | 1x |
| Bell | 5 / 8 / 10 / 15 | 0.75x |
| Lemon | 3 / 5 / 8 / 10 | 0.5x |
| Cherries, clover | 2 / 3 / 5 / 8 | 0.4x |
| A, K, Q, J | 1 / 2 / 3 / 5 | 0.25x |
Lucky Piggy figures
Released in June 2022, Lucky Piggy carries a 96.79% RTP. The 20,000x maximum comes from the studio's website alone, since nothing in the help screens sets a limit. It sits in the free PG Soft demo collection on this site with the rest of the studio's games.

Verdict
Lucky Piggy pays often, about a third of my spins, and mostly in small amounts, because the card ranks and fruit dominate the reels. What lifts it is the uncapped multiplier combined with Scatter Wilds that stay for the whole cascade. My two best spins both ran to x5 and stopped near ten stakes, so the extra steps the game allows beyond x5 never came into play.
