Double Fortune is PG Soft's wedding slot from June 2019, built around the double happiness sign that Chinese couples hang on the door. The idea runs through the whole game: many symbols land in pairs and count as two, so a line can hold up to ten symbols on five reels, and the free spins are played on two boards at once, with x8 for every spin in which both of them win. In my demo session at 54.00 a spin, one round of free spins paid 3,524.40, 65 times the stake.
Same game, real money
Cafe Casino runs the same Double Fortune with the same math and adds a welcome bonus for players from the United States:
300% up to $2,000 + 150 FS 18+ · T&Cs apply · the demo stays freeFive reels, three rows, 30 lines
The board is five reels by three rows with 30 fixed lines, paid from the leftmost reel. Above it, the bride and groom stand under red lanterns. The pictures are wedding gifts: diamond rings, red envelopes, embroidered shoes and round wedding cakes, plus gold A, K, Q and J.
There are two wilds. The single wild, the groom alone, replaces only single symbols. The Double Wild with the couple replaces everything, doubles included, and counts as two. Neither replaces the double happiness scatter, which lands on reels two, three and four only.
Double symbols count twice
Every picture and card symbol also comes as a pair on one position: two rings, two envelopes, AA, KK and so on. When a pair is part of a line win, it counts as two symbols. That is why the paytable goes from three of a kind all the way to ten.
It also means a win can come from two reels. My stake was 0.90 x 2 x 30 = 54.00, so each paytable point was worth 0.90 x 2 = 1.80. In the spin below, a pair of wedding cakes landed in row two of reel one and another pair in row one of reel two. Two positions, four cakes.
Four cakes pay 15 points, 27.00, the amount shown on the line. Lines 9, 16 and 24 all pass through those two positions, so the spin paid 3 x 27.00 = 81.00, one and a half times the stake, without a third reel being involved. In the same way, a pair of shoes on reel one and a single shoe on reel two make three shoes, 12 points, and four such lines paid me 86.40.
Free spins on two boards
Three scatters on reels two, three and four start the Free Spins Feature with 8 free spins, played at the bet that triggered them.
During the feature the screen holds two separate 5x3 boards, top and bottom, which spin together. Each pays its own lines, and every scatter that lands adds one more free spin.
The key rule sits between the boards: if both the top and the bottom set have at least one winning line, all wins of that free spin are multiplied by x8. A spin where only one board wins is paid as it is.
One round: 12 free spins, 3,524.40
My feature started with 8 free spins, and four scatters during the round stretched it to 12. The biggest spin came with three left: embroidered shoes took the first four positions of the upper board's top row, one of them a pair, and the lower board had a single shoe, a pair and another single shoe on its first three reels.
The upper board's lines paid 259.20 and the lower board's 100.80. Both boards won, so the 360.00 was multiplied by eight: 2,880.00, 53 times the stake from one free spin. Without the second board's 100.80, the same spin would have paid 259.20.
The round closed at 3,524.40, so the other eleven spins together added 644.40. That is the shape of the feature: most spins pay modestly, and the result depends on how often both boards win at the same time. Caishen Wins also has an x8, but there it is fixed for eight free spins; in Double Fortune each spin has to earn it.
Paytable from 3 to 10 symbols
Line wins are the paytable value times bet size and bet level, and a spin costs 30 times that product, so dividing by 30 gives one line against the stake.
Counts of six and more are only possible with pairs, and the jump is steep: five Double Wilds on one line, ten symbols, pay 3,000, a hundred times the stake for that line alone.

Double Fortune by the numbers
PG Soft's game page lists a 96.22% RTP and a 100,000x maximum win and dates the game to June 2019; the in-game rules do not mention a cap. The RTP is lower than in most newer PG Soft games, which usually sit around 96.7%. The studio does not publish a volatility rating, so I leave it out. Like the other PG Soft demo slots here, it runs in the browser without an account:

Bet: 0.90 to 270 in the demo
The demo opens at 18.00. The Bet Options panel multiplies a bet size, a bet level from 1 to 10 and the 30 lines; my session ran at 0.90 x 2 x 30 = 54.00.
There are four bet sizes, 0.03, 0.10, 0.30 and 0.90, so a spin costs from 0.90 (0.03 x 1 x 30) to 270.00 (0.90 x 10 x 30). Real-money limits depend on the casino and the currency.

Verdict
Double Fortune is a simple lines game with one clever twist: pairs that count twice, so short lines can pay like long ones and a line can hold ten symbols. The base game is quiet, and the RTP is on the low side for PG Soft. The free spins are the reason to play: two boards spinning together, and x8 whenever both of them win. Play the demo and watch both boards in the feature.
