In this version of the Grimm fairy tale the frog is a collector. Gold coins with prize values land on the reels, but they pay only if a frog lands with them, and the frog multiplies their total by x1, x2, x5 or x10. PG Soft released the game on 28 September 2026, making it the newest title in its catalogue when I played it. In my 100 demo spins at 6.00 the bonus came once and paid 840.00, 140 times the stake.
Same game, real money
Cafe Casino runs the same Grimms' Bounty: Princess & the Frog with the same math and adds a welcome bonus for players from the United States:
300% up to $2,000 + 150 FS 18+ · T&Cs apply · the demo stays freeThree reels of five
The board is narrow and tall: three reels with five rows each, paying 35 fixed connecting ways from the left. With a base bet of 10 the demo opens at 6.00, and one point of the paytable is worth 0.60. The same 3x5 board, with 125 ways instead of 35, was used a year earlier for Grimms' Bounty: Hansel & Gretel, the first game of the series.
The paytable has only one column, because a way can only be three symbols long:
| Symbol | 3 on a way | At 6.00 |
|---|---|---|
| Golden crown, pink bow | 10 | 6.00 |
| Teacup, jewelled comb | 5 | 3.00 |
| Spade, heart, club, diamond | 1 | 0.60 |
Ordinary ways are small change here: a way of three suits pays 0.60, a tenth of the bet.
Frogs and gold coins
Prize coins show a cash value from 0.5x to 500x the bet, and they can land on any spin. A frog collector carries x1, x2, x5 or x10. When at least one of each is on the board, the game adds up all the prizes, multiplies them by the frogs' total and pays the result. In Galaxy Miner the collector is a black hole that can sweep the same prizes up to five times.
Spin 29 is a plain example. Two coins, 3.00 and 60.00, sat on reel three, and a frog marked x1 landed on reel one. The frog collected both coins, 63.00 at x1, and that was the spin's win. Without the frog both coins would have been worth nothing.
One round decided it
I staked 600.00 and the demo paid back 1,344.60, finishing on 100,744.60. The other 28 winning spins brought 504.60, almost 100.00 less than they cost. The largest of them were the 63.00 of spin 29 and 60.00 on the very last spin. Between spins 69 and 79 nothing paid.

Spin 23: eight free spins
Three scatters, the prince and princess in a gold frame, start 8 free spins; four give 10 and five or more 15. In the round the frogs work differently: each frog that lands adds its value to a heart at the top of the screen, and that total stays there for the rest of the feature. Prizes on that spin and every later free spin are multiplied by it.
An x2 frog arrived early. On the next free spin two coins worth 12.00 and 30.00 were collected, 42.00 at x2, for 84.00.
The largest win came with four free spins left. Six coins filled the right side of the board: two of 48.00, two of 12.00, one of 30.00 and one of 6.00, together 156.00. Another frog had raised the heart to x4, and the spin paid 624.00.
The round closed at 840.00; apart from the 624.00 and 84.00 spins, the other free spins added 132.00.
The prize-times-collector rule resembles Shark Bounty, where a fisherman's value is multiplied by the sharks on the grid.
