Mighty Mania takes PG Soft to the gym. Released in May 2026, it fills the reels with bodybuilders, exercise bikes, dumbbells and kettlebells, and builds its maths from three parts: an uneven six-reel board with 2,304 ways, energy-drink wilds that survive for up to two more wins, and a cascade multiplier that climbs from x1 to x5. The free spins let you choose between five spins worth up to x50 and fifteen spins worth up to x10. I played the demo below at 72.00 a spin, and one cascade chain paid 763.20, which is broken down further down.
Same game, real money
Cafe Casino runs the same Mighty Mania with the same math and adds a welcome bonus for players from the United States:
300% up to $2,000 + 150 FS 18+ · T&Cs apply · the demo stays freeAn uneven board with 2,304 ways
Mighty Mania has six reels, but they are not the same height. The outer four, reels one, two, five and six, show four symbols each, while the two middle reels show three. Multiply them and you get the fixed number on the plaque: 4 x 4 x 3 x 3 x 4 x 4 = 2,304 ways.
The opening screen shows the shape clearly: four energy-drink wilds fill the top two rows of the short middle reels, with two bodybuilders on reel two, two fitness girls on reel five and a golden scatter statue below each pair. Wins pay from the leftmost reel on adjacent reels, and the number of matching symbols on each reel is multiplied together.
The rules example has a symbol on all four rows of reels one and two and all three rows of reel three: 4 x 4 x 3 = 48 ways. At 15 for three of a kind that pays 720 times bet size and level, which on a 20-coin base bet is 36x the stake from a single cascade.
Wilds with a life counter
The wild is an energy drink with a number on the can, and that number is not a multiplier. It counts how many more wins the wild can take part in. Wilds only appear on reels three and four, and they substitute for everything except the scatter.
The cycle works like this. Any symbol on reels three and four that is part of a win does not explode: after the cascade it becomes a wild with a value of 2. A wild with value 2 that wins stays for the next round and drops to 1, and a wild with value 1 that wins disappears in the round after. So a symbol that wins on the middle reels can help with up to two more wins as a wild. The idea is close to the gold tiles of Mahjong Ways, which also turn winning symbols into wilds, but here every wild carries a counter that limits it to two more wins.
The ladder: x1, x2, x3, x5
The four discs under the reels show the multiplier for the current cascade round. Every base game spin starts at x1, a win in the first round lifts the second to x2, a win in the second lifts the third to x3, and a win in the third sets the fourth round and every round after it to x5.
Four rounds that each pay the same base amount W are worth W + 2W + 3W + 5W = 11W. The wild cycle feeds this ladder: every middle-reel win plants a wild for the next round, which makes the next win more likely just as the multiplier goes up.
My best spin: 331.20 to 763.20 in one round
My stake was 0.90 x 4 x 20 = 72.00, so each paytable point was worth 0.90 x 4 = 3.60. The screen below catches the third round of a cascade chain, with the x3 disc lit and wilds marked 1 and 2 on the middle reels.
The plaque reads 331.20, the total of the first two rounds. The number on the board, 144.00, is the third round before its multiplier: 40 points x 3.60. At x3 that round is worth 432.00, and 331.20 + 432.00 = 763.20. The balance confirms it, rising from 100,259.20 to 100,691.20, exactly 432.00.
The final screen shows the x5 disc lit, because the third round won, but the total stayed at 763.20: the fourth round found nothing. The whole spin paid 10.6x the stake, and more than half of it came from one round at x3.
Free spins: five at x50 or fifteen at x10
Three or more scatters anywhere trigger the feature, and then you choose. Five free spins come with a ladder of x10, x20, x30 and x50; fifteen free spins come with x2, x4, x6 and x10. Each scatter beyond three adds one spin to the short option or three to the long one, and the feature can be retriggered.
The two options are easiest to compare with the same arithmetic as the base game:
| Option | Ladder | One first-round win W per spin | A four-round chain |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 free spins | x10, x20, x30, x50 | 5 x 10W = 50W | 110W |
| 15 free spins | x2, x4, x6, x10 | 15 x 2W = 30W | 22W |
The short option multiplies everything five times harder but gives you a third of the spins, so it depends on long chains landing in a handful of tries; the long option is the steadier ride. Choosing the shape of the bonus is a PG Soft habit: Genie's 3 Wishes offers three versions of its free spins. Whatever you pick, the game stops at 5,000x the stake, and the round ends when a spin or the free spins reach it.
Paytable per way
Paytable values are multiplied by bet size and bet level, and a spin costs 20 times that product, so dividing by 20 shows what one way is worth against the stake.
Six bodybuilders on one way are 6x the stake, and the card suits pay a fraction of the bet. The scatter has no pay of its own; it only triggers the free spins:
| Symbol | 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 of a kind | 6 of a kind vs stake, per way |
|---|---|---|
| Bodybuilder | 15 / 30 / 60 / 120 | 6x |
| Fitness girl | 10 / 20 / 40 / 80 | 4x |
| Exercise bike | 8 / 16 / 32 / 64 | 3.2x |
| Dumbbell | 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 | 1x |
| Kettlebell | 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 | 0.8x |
| Ab wheel, hand gripper | 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 | 0.6x |
| Spade, heart | 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 | 0.4x |
| Club, diamond | 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 | 0.2x |
Mighty Mania by the numbers
PG Soft's game page lists a 96.76% RTP and a 5,000x maximum win, and dates the game to 18 May 2026. The studio does not publish a volatility rating, so I leave it out. It sits among the newest free PG Soft slot demos on this site:
| Feature | Specification |
|---|---|
| Provider | PG Soft |
| Released | May 2026 |
| Reels / rows | 6 reels: 4 rows on reels 1, 2, 5, 6 and 3 rows on reels 3, 4 |
| Ways | 2,304 fixed, base bet 20 |
| Wilds | Reels 3 and 4; winning symbols there become wilds worth two more wins |
| Multiplier | x1, x2, x3, x5 per cascade round |
| Free spins | Choice: 5 spins at x10-x50 or 15 spins at x2-x10; retrigger possible |
| RTP | 96.76% |
| Max win | 5,000x; the round ends when it is reached |
| Bet in the demo | 0.60 to 180 per spin |
Bet: 0.60 to 180 in the demo
The demo opens at 12.00. The Bet Options panel multiplies a bet size, a bet level from 1 to 10 and the base bet of 20; my session ran at 0.90 x 4 x 20 = 72.00.
Bet sizes run from 0.03 to 0.90, so a spin costs from 0.60 (0.03 x 1 x 20) to 180.00 (0.90 x 10 x 20). Real-money limits depend on the casino and the currency.

Verdict
Mighty Mania is a cascade game that rewards staying power. Winning symbols on the middle reels turn into wilds that last two more wins, those wins push the ladder up to x5, and one good round at x3 was enough to turn my 331.20 into 763.20. The free spins choice is the most interesting decision in the game, five spins at up to x50 against fifteen at up to x10. Try both in the demo before you settle on one; the two options feel like different games.
