A single ace worth 1.20 opened the best spin of my Pinata Wins session. It sat in a gold frame marked x25, and that frame is what the April 2024 PG Soft slot is built on: the multiplier went up into the piñata hanging above the reels, the ace came back as a wild, and when the cascade stopped, the whole 13.20 of the spin was paid 25 times over, 330.00 on a 12.00 bet.

Pinata Wins keeps a classic layout: five reels, three rows and 20 fixed lines that pay from the left. Wins cascade, so winning symbols burst and the reels refill, and only the highest win on each line counts in a round. The wild is Aelia, the girl with flowers in her hair, and she replaces everything but the scatter.
Twenty lines at size 0.30 and level 2 make the 12.00 I bet on every spin; a point in the table below is 0.60 of that.
Gold frames: a wild and a multiplier in one
Symbols on reels two, three and four sometimes arrive in a gold frame, and some frames carry a multiplier from x2 to x100. A framed symbol that takes part in a win does two things before the next round:
- its multiplier, if it has one, is collected into the piñata above the reels;
- the symbol itself becomes a wild.
Nothing is multiplied while the cascade runs. At the end of the spin the game adds up every multiplier the piñata collected and applies the total to the win of the whole spin.
Spin 31, step by step
The framed ace on reel two completed a line of three aces for 1.20, and its x25 badge lit up.
In the next round the piñata showed x25, and Aelia stood where the ace had been. As a wild she joined a line of chillies worth 12.00, and the cascade ended there.
Two ordinary line wins, 13.20 between them, became a 330.00 Mega Win once the x25 was applied: 27.5 stakes.
Cascades without a multiplier
The second-best spin, number 68, never touched the piñata. Tacos paid 24.00, two wilds appeared where framed winners had been, and the lines kept connecting through them: 31.20, then 27.00, 4.80 and finally 24.00 for sombreros. Five rounds made 111.00, a Big Win of 9.25 stakes at x1.
The comparison says a lot about the game: five rounds of line wins brought less than a third of what two rounds with one x25 frame did.
Skulls down to card ranks
| Symbol | 3 / 4 / 5 on a line | Five at 12.00 |
|---|---|---|
| Sugar skull | 50 / 250 / 1,000 | 600.00 |
| Sombrero | 20 / 100 / 400 | 240.00 |
| Maracas | 15 / 50 / 200 | 120.00 |
| Taco | 10 / 40 / 150 | 90.00 |
| Chilli | 5 / 20 / 100 | 60.00 |
| A, K, Q, J | 2 / 10 / 50 | 30.00 |
Five skulls on one line would be 50 stakes before any multiplier, the highest fixed prize on the board. Three card ranks pay 1.20, a tenth of the bet, and that was the size of many of my wins.
Fifteen free spins, a piñata that keeps filling
Three scatters anywhere trigger 15 free spins, plus two for every scatter above three, with retriggers possible. In the round the piñata does not empty between spins: every multiplier collected stays at the top of the reels until the feature ends, so a x25 picked up on the second free spin applies to every winning free spin after it. Scatters did not line up for me in 100 spins, so this part follows the rules.
Spin log
The balance finished at 99,944.20: 1,144.20 back on 1,200.00 staked. Thirty spins paid. After the 330.00 of spin 31 came 111.00, 93.00, 74.40 and 70.80 on spins 68, 90, 37 and 14, then 62.40 and 60.00 on spins 89 and 4; everything else stayed under 55.00. Seventy spins returned nothing at all.
