Rave Party Fever puts a DJ behind the decks above a 7x7 board of disco balls, turntables, headphones and microphones. PG Soft released it in February 2023, and it is a cluster game with a twist in where the features come from: three coloured spots hide under random symbols at the start of every spin, and a win that touches one of them switches on its feature. Collect 65 winning symbols in one spin and all three fire in a bonus with a growing multiplier. I played the demo below at 45.00 a spin, and every win in my screenshots checks out against the paytable.
Same game, real money
Cafe Casino runs the same Rave Party Fever with the same math and adds a welcome bonus for players from the United States:
300% up to $2,000 + 150 FS 18+ · T&Cs apply · the demo stays freeA 7x7 board where five touching symbols win
A group of five or more matching symbols touching horizontally or vertically wins, the winners explode, and the symbols above fall into the gaps for another round. The red-haired DJ is the wild and substitutes for every symbol. The base bet is 10, so a spin costs ten times bet size and level.
The opening screen is a symmetrical showcase, but it already shows the three activation spots: a yellow glow behind the microphone in the top left corner, a green one behind the microphone next to it and a red one behind a disco ball in the middle row. The bar above the reels reads 0/65.
Two groups, one pair of wilds: 9.00
My stake was 0.90 x 5 x 10 = 45.00, so each paytable point was worth 0.90 x 5 = 4.50. The first win shows how the wild works in a cluster game: two DJ wilds side by side served two different groups at once.
Three aces plus the two wilds made a group of five, and three kings plus the same two wilds made another. A group of five or six card symbols pays 1 point, so each paid 4.50, and the spin paid 9.00, a fifth of the stake. Without the wilds neither group would have reached five.
A disco ball round: 72.00
A later round of a longer spin paid three groups at once, the biggest of them a block of disco balls.
The labels on the board give the breakdown:
| Group | Size | Points | Win |
|---|---|---|---|
| Disco balls, with two wilds | 6 | 10 | 45.00 |
| Microphones | 5 or 6 | 5 | 22.50 |
| Aces, with a wild | 5 or 6 | 1 | 4.50 |
| This round | 16 | 72.00 | |
The spin kept cascading and finished at a total of 121.50, or 27 points, 2.7 times the stake.
The bar had reached 34 of the 65 symbols the bonus needs, so this spin got about halfway there.
The three activation spots
At the start of every base game spin, three spots, yellow, green and red, are placed behind random symbols. Any win that includes the symbol sitting on a spot activates that spot's feature. When the cascades run out, the activated features fire in a fixed order, Bass Blast first, then Mass Transform, then Wild Deejay, and the board gets new chances to win. Each feature can fire only once per base game spin.
The three features do very different jobs:
| Spot | Feature | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Yellow | Bass Blast | Removes every A, K, Q and J from the board |
| Green | Mass Transform | Adds 10 symbols of one premium type: disco ball, turntable, headphones or microphone |
| Red | Wild Deejay | Adds 7 wilds at random |
The order matters. Bass Blast clears the low symbols first, Mass Transform then fills the gaps with ten copies of one premium symbol, and the seven wilds land on a board that is already full of high payers.
Hitting all three spots in one spin is the base game's best case, and it depends on wins happening to run through the right squares.
The bonus: 65 symbols and a multiplier that grows
Every symbol that explodes in a win goes into the bar above the reels, and the bar resets to zero at the start of every spin. If one spin collects 65 winning symbols, the Bonus Feature starts when the cascades stop.
In the bonus all three features are switched on at once, and the multiplier starts at x1 and rises by one after every winning round. When a feature fires, its spot moves to a new random position, so it can be activated again. The bonus ends only when there is no win and no feature left to fire. The collect-to-unlock idea is close to Dragon Hatch 2, but here a single target opens all the features together, and the multiplier only grows.
Paytable: groups from 5 to 25+
A group pays the paytable value times bet size and bet level, and a spin costs 10 times that product, so dividing a value by 10 gives the win against the stake.
The disco ball is the top symbol, and 25 or more of them are worth 300x the stake. The card symbols all share one column:
| Group | Disco ball | Turntable | Headphones, microphone | A, K, Q, J |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5-6 | 10 (1x) | 8 | 5 | 1 (0.1x) |
| 7-8 | 50 | 30 | 20 | 2 |
| 9-12 | 100 | 80 | 50 | 5 |
| 13-16 | 250 | 200 | 150 | 15 |
| 17-20 | 400 | 300 | 200 | 20 |
| 21-24 | 500 | 350 | 250 | 25 |
| 25+ | 3,000 (300x) | 2,000 (200x) | 500 (50x) | 100 (10x) |
The steep part of the table is the step from 7-8 to 9-12 and again to 13-16 for premium symbols, which is exactly what Mass Transform's ten extra symbols are built to reach.
Rave Party Fever by the numbers
PG Soft's game page lists a 96.73% RTP and a 5,000x maximum win and dates the game to February 2023. The studio does not publish a volatility rating, so I leave it out. Like Zombie Blasters, it counts symbols instead of lines or ways, but it pays only for touching groups:
| Feature | Specification |
|---|---|
| Provider | PG Soft |
| Released | February 2023 |
| Board | 7 x 7, groups of 5+ touching, cascades |
| Activation spots | Yellow Bass Blast, green Mass Transform, red Wild Deejay; once each per base spin |
| Bonus | 65 winning symbols in one spin; all features on, multiplier from x1 +1 per winning round |
| RTP | 96.73% |
| Max win | 5,000x |
| Bet in the demo | 0.30 to 90 per spin (base bet 10) |
Bet: 0.30 to 90 in the demo
The demo opens at 6.00. The Bet Options panel multiplies a bet size, a bet level from 1 to 10 and the base bet of 10; my session ran at 0.90 x 5 x 10 = 45.00.
Bet sizes run from 0.03 to 0.90, so a spin costs from 0.30 (0.03 x 1 x 10) to 90.00 (0.90 x 10 x 10). Real-money limits depend on the casino and the currency, as for every game in this PG Soft demo catalogue.

Verdict
Rave Party Fever is a cluster game with a clever spin on features: instead of waiting for scatters, you are hoping your wins happen to touch the coloured spots. Most spins pay small groups of cards, like my 9.00, and the real value sits in a spin that triggers all three features in order or reaches 65 symbols for the bonus. The best spin in my screenshots got to 34. Watch where the yellow, green and red spots sit at the start of each spin in the demo; it makes the game far more interesting to follow.
