Speed Winner is PG Soft's street racing slot from June 2022: Jay, a young drifter from Los Angeles, needs the prize money from the city's annual championship to keep his team together. The game behind the story is a six-reel cascade slot with a ways counter that changes every spin and one feature that matters more than any other: multiplier symbols worth x2 to x10 that are added together at the end of the spin. I played the demo below at 108.00 a spin and checked every win in my screenshots against the rules.
Same game, real money
Cafe Casino runs the same Speed Winner with the same math and adds a welcome bonus for players from the United States:
300% up to $2,000 + 150 FS 18+ · T&Cs apply · the demo stays freeSix reels, a top row and a counter that never sits still
The board has six reels and five rows, plus one extra horizontal reel that sits on top of reels two to five. Symbols on reels two to five can take up two or three spaces, and a tall symbol counts as one symbol when the ways are worked out. The number at the top of the screen is the product of how many symbols each reel shows. PG Soft first used this board shape in 2020 for Dreams of Macau, with the same range of 2,025 to 32,400 ways.
On my first screen the counter read 9000 WAYS. Counting the top row in, the six reels showed 5, 3, 5, 6, 4 and 5 symbols, and 5 x 3 x 5 x 6 x 4 x 5 = 9000. Reel two had only three because a tall x10 and a tall queen filled its five spaces. The range in the rules follows from the same sum: 5 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 5 = 2,025 when the middle reels are at their tallest tiles, and 5 x 6 x 6 x 6 x 6 x 5 = 32,400 when every space holds its own symbol.
Wins pay from the leftmost reel to the right on adjacent reels. The number of matching symbols on each reel is multiplied together, and that product multiplies the symbol's pay. The rules illustrate it with a symbol worth 40 for four of a kind on two ways, which pays 80:
After each paid round the winning symbols explode and the ones above cascade down, and the round repeats until nothing more wins. The wild, a racer in a PG cap, substitutes for everything except the trophy scatter and only lands on reels two to five, the same reels that carry the tall tiles. The engine is close to Leprechaun Riches, which also uses a base bet of 20 and tall tiles on its middle reels.
Multiplier symbols are added, not multiplied
In any spin, one or more multiplier symbols worth x2 to x10 can land on the reels. At the end of the spin, after the cascades are done, every multiplier on the board is added together and the spin's total win is multiplied by that sum.
The rules illustration shows the idea: an x3, an x5 and an x7 make x15. My opening screen carried an x10, an x5 and an x2, which would have been x17, not 10 x 5 x 2 = 100. Adding keeps the totals sane, and it means two or three ordinary multipliers on one board are already a big deal. PG Soft kept the same adding rule in 2026 for the hero wilds of Super Wildrix.
The spin below paid 432.00 on a 108.00 stake, 4x the bet. The only multiplier left on the board is the x4 on reel two, so the cascades in that spin paid 108.00 between them, and 108.00 x 4 = 432.00. Without the multiplier the spin would have only returned the stake.
The same board is a second check on the ways counter: 5, 4, 4, 4, 5 and 5 symbols across the six reels give 8000, which is what the top of the screen shows.
Free spins: eight for four trophies
Four trophy scatters anywhere award 8 free spins, and each scatter beyond four adds two more, so five give 10 and six give 12. The free spins use the stake that triggered them and can be retriggered.
The multiplier rule in free spins is word for word the one in the base game: x2 to x10 symbols, added at the end of each spin, applied to that spin only. The rules mention no multiplier that carries over from one free spin to the next, so the feature is simply a run of spins that costs nothing. That is a quieter design than Captain's Bounty, where the free spins triple every step of the multiplier wheel.
Paytable: the car and the tyre carry it
Paytable values are multiplied by bet size and bet level, and a spin costs 20 times that product. Dividing by 20 shows what one way is worth against the whole stake.
Per way the numbers are small: six red cars on a single way are 2.5x the stake, and the card symbols are almost nothing on their own. Wins in this game come from many ways at once and from the multipliers on top, not from one perfect line:
| Symbol | 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 of a kind | 6 of a kind vs stake, per way |
|---|---|---|
| Red car | 20 / 25 / 40 / 50 | 2.5x |
| Tyre | 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 | 2x |
| Fuel nozzle | 8 / 15 / 20 / 30 | 1.5x |
| Gloves, wrench | 6 / 10 / 12 / 15 | 0.75x |
| A, K | 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 | 0.5x |
| Q, J, 10 | 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 | 0.2x |
Speed Winner by the numbers
PG Soft's game page lists a 96.72% RTP and a 100,000x maximum win. I could not find a public information sheet for this game, so the volatility, hit frequency and largest recorded win below are SlotCatalog's:
| Feature | Specification |
|---|---|
| Provider | PG Soft |
| Released | June 2022 |
| Reels | 6 reels, 5 rows, extra top reel over reels 2-5 |
| Ways | 2,025 to 32,400 (base bet 20) |
| Multiplier symbols | x2 to x10 each, added together at the end of the spin |
| Free spins | 8 for 4 scatters, +2 per extra scatter, retrigger possible |
| RTP | 96.72% |
| Volatility | Medium (SlotCatalog) |
| Hit frequency | 27.78% (SlotCatalog) |
| Max win | 100,000x cap; 8,345x listed by SlotCatalog |
| Bet in the demo | 0.60 to 180 per spin |
The biggest win in my screenshots was a Big Win of 1,036.80 on the same 108.00 stake, 9.6x the bet. The celebration screen covers the board, so I cannot show which ways and multipliers made it; only an x2 on the top reel is visible behind the banner.
Keep the two maximums apart. The 100,000x is the studio's cap, a ceiling the game cannot pass. The 8,345x is the largest win SlotCatalog lists for the game, which is closer to what is realistically possible.
Bet: 0.60 to 180 in the demo
The demo opens at 12.00. The Bet Options panel multiplies a bet size, a bet level from 1 to 10 and the fixed base bet of 20, and my session stake was 0.90 x 6 x 20 = 108.00.
Bet sizes run from 0.03 to 0.90, so a spin costs from 0.60 (0.03 x 1 x 20) to 180.00 (0.90 x 10 x 20). It is the same panel as in the other PG Soft games I have covered, and real-money limits depend on the casino and the currency.

Verdict
Speed Winner is a tidy cascade game that lives on its multipliers. The ways counter keeps the base game busy, the paytable on its own is thin, and almost every result worth remembering comes from a multiplier landing on the right spin, as the x4 that turned one stake into four did in my session. The free spins add no extra multiplier mechanic, so think of them as more chances rather than a different game. If you like watching a board fill with numbers, the demo is a good place to see how often they line up.
